The hotel is conveniently located on a higher room, offering excellent cleanliness services. The lobbies were a bit old and dirty, in need of an upgrade, but overall, a comfortable stay with great services.
The hotel is centrally located atop a small hill near Kuching's main sightseeing centers around the Serawak River, providing a strategic position for exploring the area. The welcoming and alert receptionist staff were a standout for their knowledge of surrounding information, making the stay convenient.
The hotel was pretty impressive overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, but it was difficult to navigate the wheelchair inside and they were not serviced very well each day. The service was friendly and attentive, although there were some language barriers at the Bar counter. The location was convenient with shopping and dining options nearby. The dining experience offered a variety of dishes but had limited choices in the main breakfast buffet. The facilities were well-maintained and pleasant, though some areas were affected by molds.
I was pleasantly surprised by the brilliant idea of having exercise equipment in the room, making it super convenient for daily workouts. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, although being near a storage room was a bit odd. The hotel offers a great value for money.
